<p>in photoshop, when you save as a jpg, it gives you the option of the quality, which I&#8217;m sure affects the size.. you could probably &#8220;save as&#8221; and just adjust the quality down and get a smaller pic&#8230;  who knows though, I&#8217;m no expert.</p>
