<p>Here is my ghost shot.  The &#8220;ghost&#8221; is me running through the shot.  The camera was on a tripod using a self-timer.  The picture was taken at night, so a long exposure resulted in correct lighting.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It looks like you may need to have a Flickr account and add yourself to the group.  Once I did that I was able to read the article and add my pictures to the group.  I also had a &#8220;ghost&#8221; picture, using just a long exposure on a tripod, and I ran in front of the camera.</p>
