It’s fine…the wording is what it is. I’ll be scheduling hoppered stuff this evening.

I gather you went with the original wording then? If so my apologies to you for screwing up your participation streak. Also sorry to everyone who could not enter for whatever reason–I promise no more ridifficult theme suggestions 😳

In all honesty, my favorite ones tend to be the straightforward type anyway, like the color themes, B+W, wildlife, etc.

I’m already looking forward to next weeks contest!

Yeah, I really can’t in good conscience make that kind of stretch. The photo I posted here is the same size as an album, but it’s clearly not an album. The other folks who posted in the thread very obviously stayed within the bounds of the theme. I knew the day would come when I would end up not participating one week. Just didn’t think it would happen quite this soon 😆

Zero, I’m really surprised by what appears to be a low participation. I can understand those whose lives came between them and their camera, but as to the difficulty, I just don’t see it. There have been far more difficult themes that still have had good participation. I think it’s just a fluke and you should not feel bad.

While I agree with the sentiment, this is coming from the lady with milk crates full of LP’s in her basement. 🙂

Ah, man, don’t be sorry, I really liked the theme and was looking forward to it; I just put it off until the last couple of weeks and then hit real-life busy-ness. I’ve got about 250 albums that I was really hoping to be able to have some fun with.

I knew the day would come when I would end up not participating one week. Just didn’t think it would happen quite this soon

And I didn’t think I’d be around to see it. 🙁 Well, you gave it a helluva run, that’s for sure.

Please don’t feel bad that I didn’t enter this week Z_E. It’s my fault for not buying some album covers back when I first voted for this one. The second hand shops in northern Cali were way better stocked with albums than the dinky little town I moved to here in Nevada. And on top of that I procrastinated when my printer still had ink in it. Although I would have maybe gotten 2 or 3 copies of album covers before it went dry. I hope this gets done again some time in the future so I can give it my full attention next time.
