    I don’t know why this is all wavy. Its a thirty second exposure. I know I wasn’t touching the tripod for most if the exposure. the only guess I have is it was around 85% humidity when I took this.

    As a matter of fact, I do have several pictures of the ISS. But my favorites are the ones taken through my telescope. Here’s a crop of one:

    I need to get back out and try to do better, obviously. My exposure setting (1/400th) was too long to get it clearly, and it doesn’t help that in an 11 inch scope, it’s moving pretty damned fast. A bunch more, but they all look pretty much the same:

    Or just about 500 watts of properly collimated red, green, and blue lasers…

    Do like the WTC light towers. 7000 5KW spotlights linked together. Everybody needs 3.5 Megawatts of illumination (or roughly the energy consumption of a small town on a hot summer day).
