So my little Petri showed up in the mail today:

The meter works, the shutter fires smoothly, the film advance has a nasty clunk but from my research that is more a feature than a flaw. (ie. something common to the camera) The camera has the least intuitive film loading process I’ve ever seen, but the first roll is in for testing. Also included a telephoto and wide angle lens

    and the strangest flash unit:

Here’s my little (working) film family:

I bet that flash unit is for flashbulbs, maybe the little AG-1s. I have a minolta one for them that’s not much bigger floating around somewhere.

    Looks nice!
What are the telephoto and wide-angle lenses? The 45mm is the standard Petri prime, right?
The selenium cell is part of the lens, isn’t it?
    Damn, now I want a rangefinder…

Yup 45mm is the standard, the kit included the wide angle and telephoto over the lens adapters. The exact dimensions aren’t on the lenses, I have to look them up. They screw in over the 45mm and the selenium LM. I am pretty sure their image quality will be low.
