So, there I was cruising fleabay for rocket parts and trying to figure out what I could do in the realm of mixing model rockets and photography, but not nearly so heavy as my first go round, when I had a nearly unrelated epiphany. On a whim I decided to see what kind of old/unusual lenses I could find on the relative cheap, specifically weird T-mounted shiat. I came across one of these with a few hours left so I tossed out a bid and picked it up for a hundred and thirty bucks.
Given the fact that it’s only $300 new, I’m really not expecting much out of it, but I am curious to see what I can do with that rediculous amount of zoom. I’ll be sure to give it a fairly thorough review once I get a few shots with it.
