Since the site was down for many days, I’m going to extend the voting time on all currently queued theme suggestion threads until the end of the year.
Thank you so much for continuing to keep track of themes!!

This site has had very little traffic in the past few months for whatever reason. Given the slowness of late, I’ve let Themes languish in the hopes of gaining any traction at all.
Suggestions for how long I should wait before deleting an expired theme?
orionid just punched a vote for a month-expired theme. Should I give it more time to get the next 2 votes? Should I say “Thanx for reminding me to delete this”?
Advice welcome (acting arbitrarily in this instance seems capricious and unnecessary.)
We instilled the month when we were at our peak, along with ten votes. Seeing as we’re in a lull, I don’t think it’d be too much to adjust time along with threshold.
I’m not sure what the best answer to this is either, Yugoboy. Perhaps (since there’s not exactly an over-abundance of theme suggestions, either), we should just let them hang out until they either get enough votes or enough theme suggestions are submitted that we need to rethink the issue again.
Maybe leave them until we get back up to 10 or so themes and then just start bumping out the oldest ones first.
Getting back up to 10 isn’t hard. Especially if I continue to trawl past contests for material. But, that’s not a bad suggestion.
