Last march some company announced a nifty little hot shoe GPS tagger. They said it was coming out summer 2007. I haven’t heard anything since, has anyone else heard what happened?

Personally I use a GPS that keeps a track, and then later use a program to tag the photos, based on the time of the photos, using gps-correlate for Linux. That works with all of my cameras, even the ones without hot-shoes, and I only have to have 1 GPS running.

There is one of these featured in the latest issue of Outdoor
Photographer…It’s only for Nikon D-SLRs, and you’ll need to purchase a Bluetooth GPS receiver to use it.
