    Can’t see the image (access denied) but it may be a sensor heat issue – with long exposures the electronics in the camera can heat up and cause “light” to show up at the edges of the frame: http://dpanswers.com/content/tech_defects.php#ampn

    If your camera has long exposure noise reduction, turning it on may help some. It will also double your exposure time though.

    Thanks, the problem looks almost exactly like the amp noise example in your link. I’ll have to check for a noise reduction setting. I’m not worried about increasing the exposure time, that’s what I’m going for anyway.

    I wouldn’t have though heat would have had that much of an effect, it was hovering around 25? out on the lake.
