[Pope_Larry_II]

I took this picture while in South Africa a few weeks ago, the group I was with was speculating about what these were. The general consensus was they were planets. Could one of the Farkstronomers help me out a bit on this? Which heavenly bodies am I looking at?

It was taken on March 19th, at sunset, about 200km north of Pretoria, South Africa.

Venus on the right, Jupiter on the left, according to my astronomy software. Weird to see it from the angle of S. Africa–around these parts, they were orientated very differently.
