Has anyone else upgraded or renewed a flickr pro account recently? Ive been trying to renew my account for several days now and was wondering if its worked for anyone else recently.
It keeps giving me an error when I try to process the payment. Ive tried flickrs suggestions, different payment types, browsers, and computers using different operating systems and flickr still thinks its my fault.
Mine just went back to the free version at the end of last month but I am to broke to fix that. Thats weird that its giving you grief. Hope you get it figured out quickly.
Yeah, Ive sent them a couple of emails, theyre starting to seem like dell tech support so maybe I just have to seem angry enough at them and theyll figure something out.
