Putting this not in Projects forum because I think sometimes people don’t get that far.
If you haven’t returned the form to me yet for the book I really need the 2nd page back ASAP. I don’t need completed bios yet and I don’t need the actual permission form yet but I do need your “verbal” (read: email) consent and your name choices to complete the sample chapter (and preferably titles).
