HTML buttons

Is there anyway to make this the default instead of formatting buttons? I’m getting tired of having to click on it every time I post a picture. I’ve been in myfark but can’t find it there.

It’s in your settings in your profile. I had the same problem a few weeks back. Be sure to look thoroughly. I missed the line and check box the first 8 times I looked for it. It is there, however.

Is it under comment preferences?

Yes… only it’s NOT obvious. Uncheck this: Enable modern rich text (WYSIWYG) editor for posting comments
It should be the second line under Comment Preferences (it is for me)

No problem.

I did the same thing last week. I got an invite to a teacher thing at the state capitol. Header was “Free Teacher Workshop…” so I reply to the guy, and because most times he emails me there’s a cost to the events and it was never mentioned in the email, I asked.

Just never saw the word “Free” Doh!

(FWIW, I’m going to the capitol, so if there’s anyone near Albany, NY who would like to meet for lunch on April 6, PM me)
