Been smoking for just over an hour now, and the whole neighborhood smells delicious. Also, the banana bread is done and the onion petals are in process.

Best thing I’ve done to a pork product since I breaded and deep-fried a bacon strip wrapped around some cheese. I had 5 pounds of pork shoulder when I started, and I think I still have most of it left. Dinner for a week!

I was looking at the first few shots thinking “There’s some yuckus on that sensor” but looked at the full-size versions and discovered it to be a blimp!
