Very fun theme. I’ve had a ball learning to make the effect in PS. I also did try one in that tiltshift maker, but it isn’t an entry for tonight.
Hey! Thanks soosh and miller. So much good, fun stuff this week. Very nice to be recognized. I can tell that I will be voting tons.
Three that stood out to me off the top of my head were miller‘s rooftop, all of linguine‘s, and the train tracks from thepostess.
Also with boats the water around them helps isolate the thing you want in focus. So it might be easier to avoid distracting artifacts that are blurred when they should be clear (or vice versa).
And speaking of water, here’s two b-sides of surfers in Pacifica CA that didn’t make the cut this week.

I wish I had of used more layers on my images. I didn’t even think of doing that until corsec67 mentioned it *headslaps*.

Man this is one of those themes were a picture either really works or fails miserably at looking right. The pictures that look right really jump off the page compared to the rest. Like the pier that soosh posted. That one really jumped out at me along with too many others to mention.
