Keymastersoosh: They’re gorgeous, but I don’t think they really get at what the theme is going for.

Participantwhat about something like this, where the diffraction is monochrome, but splits a point of light into stars?
November 5, 2009 at 3:07 am #24928Elsinore
KeymasterSame deal…think it’s not quite what the theme is about.

no problem at all. I’m just trying to see what I have in the archives to use, as I’m moderately stoned and would just as soon not go out in the garage with the mice tonight to take photos.

ParticipantIt’s more likely than you think.
Hey, did you see my new doggie, Oliver?
I don’t know if I posted about it over here, but we lost our 13 year-old rott/mastiff mix to pancreatic cancer this past August. Oliver is our new Large Dog. He is an awesomely energetic-yet-controlled-huge-yet-gentle dog that likes to talk a lot and bark just a little.[/url]

ParticipantHmm,maybe this is gonna be a week of 100 pictures of CDs?
I’d rather have a hundred pictures of CDs than a hundred pictures of those dang spiders from last week…I’m still feeling kinda creeped out.
It would seem we did what we set out to on that theme. heh heh
sorry though. Try being afraid of them and having to get less than 3 inches away to get a good shot!I also have a cd shot this week. but only one.
edited to add: baked is best in almost any situation. imho

ParticipantWould this fit the theme?

The ray that goes from bottom left to top right is rainbowish?November 5, 2009 at 3:55 am #24939soosh
ParticipantI thought you used that one before?
possibly. I’ve got hundreds similar. Do they work? I promise to only submit one dead fish shot, and not one of the ones with the vivid blood.
