Hmm, I guess I will have to visit the Butterly Pavilion in Denver for this theme.
d’oh! used my best butterfly in teh bokeh contest. Oh well, I have others, if i end up being too ill to go shooting.
I just took a bunch of butterfly shots the other day, while they’re still out in VA….
I am now well prepared for this one….. but will probably look like everyone elses butterfly shots.

Wouldn’t doubt it…. Though, I have a lady friend who has offered to let me get creative with her butterfly tattoo. Only thing is, since the description specifies Lepidoptera, even though I’m usually all about getting creative, I don’t know if that one will fly….. no pun intended. And it’s dangerously close (physically) to NSFW.
With the cooler weather, there’s not a whole lot of butterflies left around here. Maybe I can find a moth or two.
My two cents – the butterfly tattoo would work.

Alright, I’ll break out the candles and the oils and see how photogenic I can make it. Maybe I could even play around with depth of field to keep it SFW….

What do you think folks? Butterflyish enough? Haven’t a clue what it is, but it eats nectar, has a fuzzy body and double wings.
