I so wish I had started these earlier. Work is getting in the way. Family is coming to my house for Turkey Day and I’m gonna be getting ‘the look’ from Mrs. U-Man when I’m doing these instead of cleaning up and such.

I’m having a lot of fun with it, and while I’m sure I’m not going to get everything I want out of my shoots this time around (same as you, put it off too long), I’m hoping to apply it to future shots for friends and fun.

It could be worse, though. Imagine your job is sitting at your computer all day and then try saying you’re going back down to the computer to “play” with your photos after dinner and see the look that gets you! 🙂

Hell. My job entails looking at and manipulating images all day on a computer. Then I come home and play the same way. I find that I sometimes try using a Photoshop shortcut at work or a McKesson shortcut at home. 🙂

I thought I was going to stick with what I had last night. Then started monkeying around with another idea, for HOURS, now I’m back to where I started this morning and am not changing anymore! 😆
I thought I was going to stick with mine too but I reworked one and made another today.
I guess I should go shoot some photos…
Got my three, two with normal borders and one with an “artistic” border. I’m pretty happy with them, but having seen the previews from y’all, I’m not sure how they’ll fare. Lotsa fun and lotsa work!
I think I’m done. Oh, hell. I know I’m done–this is exhaustive. Two people, one cat. Swore to myself that I wouldn’t resort to the cat. But oh, well. He was posing, and the afternoon light into the room made for nice tones. It is what it is and we’ll see how they do.
Fun exercise. Hard work.
Can we never do this again? 😉
As much as I REALLY want to participate on this one, I just don’t have the time-the hammer really came down these past two weeks. I think I’ll finally be back in action next week, though. Good luck, everyone!
