..as to how i’ve been, well these will tell you. http://www.flickr.com/photos/57055068@N00/ not for the squeamish. managed to leave my finger in a machine at work just a bit too long. but its healing nicely and i should be back at work after the new year.

I almost did that to my finger with a screw press once, but I pulled it out just in time. Note, do not clean moving machinery with your bare hands.

I really need a lightbox!

just kat built ours with PVC tubing and the diamond pattern stuff that one uses to cover flourescent lighting. works really well.

I’ve got an incandescent light kit that we move ’round for lighting the thing, but I’ve also seen where people are using all manner of lights – even shop lights though I suspect that might be a little too bright.

They work ok if you bounce them off enough walls/ceilings. My paintbrushes pic in this contest was taken in an unfinished bathroom with a big ass halogen pointed up at a wall, and the small flash on my camera.

yeah.. hoping I get one for christmas.. If not, I will build one like that. SHop lights seem to work for a lot of people. Especially if you have a Good diffuser.

Ok that’s strange, schnee. I never even saw your entries, and at first I thought you were making a joke about not entering. But I went looking for them, and something got hosed. I have no idea how, but they should be fixed now. With a vote from me, while I was at it–they’re lovely 🙂

I ended up entering Just one.

Then I ate the candy. I don’t think I’ve eaten hardly any candy since I got back from Tokyo. Got these online from Japan. YUM.

Thanks E. I actually Farked’back as well but haven’t heard anything (it is early).

I decided to use Facebook as my image host this time, maybe that had something to do with it.
