I’m having trouble narrowing down my selections for this contest. I’m looking for a second opinion.

so far I’m leaning towards the banksy, the cards and the last one (called running for mayor), although I like the dog walking one, the ‘punk rock’ tape and the chess pieces also.
Wow–we don’t have ANY graffiti of this caliber in Az. I liked Chess, Robbin’ Banksy, and Stevie Wonder myself.

Thanks, there is a placed called Graffiti Alley in Toronto, it’s about 3 blocks long and filled with really good graffiti. Unfortunately the current mayor is trying to paint over it, with limited success.

My plan is to take the 36 waking hours of the 72 I away from work, and re-shooting a bunch of pictures I’ve take with this contest in mind. If I can better them–+1. If not, I go with what I have. At least it’s all local.

Why would you take a camera into the bathroom?
May 29, 2011 at 1:37 am #37972bucky_baconParticipantGaaah I fear that Banksy pieces will be popular, but it’s tough to not want to use them.
Dilemma.

That’s probably why I won’t be using mine.

I take my camera into some pretty strange places!

Graffiti of any sort is fine.

May 29, 2011 at 5:03 am #37967lokisbongParticipantI hope that’s legal U-Man. That’s pretty funny and well done.
May 29, 2011 at 5:09 am #37966U-ManParticipantThanks. A co-worker told me about it. Somebody used puffy stick-on letters. 🙂

There’s a lot of great photos in that set and some of them work on different levels IMO. So picking which ones to post depends on what your goal is. And while it might be cynical thinking on my part, if you want votes then I think ones with the “hot babe” factor have a better chance (all other things being equal). So these,

http://www.flickr.com/photos/21883298@N08/5538772322/in/set-72157624748996078are worth considering. I think they are really good graffiti and photographs too, so it’s not just the content. The Banksy and card shots are fantastic too IMO, but you already listed them.
My personal favorites include some of the really simple text only ones, like the “We All Fall” and “This Is Vandalism” but I don’t think they will get votes in a Fark contest.
