For that matter, Zeke pussed out. To be fair, he’s been busier than a 10 dollar whore on nickel night, so his muse is sorta on vacation. He had all kinds of ideas for Apples vs Oranges last week, but didn’t have the chance to execute any of them. The ideas, that is. Or the fruit for that matter. He thought about doing a paper bag over his head kind of thing, but he didn’t get around to it. Looks like Quick Silver covered that angle, though 😆

I actually sent a Farktography invite to this guy, but he’s a no-show as well. So far.

There, fixed that for you. So I didn’t start shooting until 8:30 Wednesday night– I still knocked a couple of the ideas out and did reasonably well 🙂
That was the most colossal example of my brain wiring getting completely crossed than I would care to admit to. So yeah, I meant you didn’t get to the self portraiture stuff…. 😳
Yeah, but I didn’t have squat for ideas, either. That’s ok, the muse will return. That is, unless millera9’s got it tied up for a few weeks 🙂
Well, next week is bug week…
i found a very unusual bug (dead on my kitchen counter top – don’t ask) but i can’t get my super fancy camera to take a good photo of it. my not as fancy did ok but ok won’t win that week. heck it probably won’t even place.
there are a bunch of great Self-Portraits .a good number of farkettes gettin compliments.next is bug week.hmmmmm. sounds like my camera is gonna give me a bunch of crappy pics.bugs tend to only look kool up close and personal and my camera dont do either very well.ill try any way.i didnt thik i was gonna get any votes at all this week but i was wrong 😮

Trust me, next week will be one of my favorite contests in recent memory, but I’m not gonna win. There are some farktog lurkers who are regular bug macro specialists. We’re all in trouble if SoutherBelladonna shows up with her jumping spider pics.

i’m going to revert to film and my bellows and focusing rail. it’s no guarantee but will be interesting to see what i can do.
