ParticipantHa… yessir, it’s the peanut butter. The classic PB&J! Cup o’ tea is funny though 🙂

Participantheehee, I was thinking it was toast so what was missing was “moar jelly” 😉 At least I got that more was needed on the bread. I’m so weird about my toast/sammiches, though, that I just kept wanting to spread the jelly to the edge of the bread on the piece that was “done”. 😛
/I try to keep my OCD tendencies charming… 😉March 6, 2010 at 8:35 pm #26700olavf
Participantwhat? no cream cheese?

orionidParticipantI’m trying to go vote but keep getting “failure to connect” from both the link here and from the fark main page. Is anyone else having issues or can I blame my parents shiatty satellite interwebs?

ParticipantThey’re doing intermittent database work today.
Actually, the real reason is that I tried to take a TFvacation, and someone went and sponsored me, totally breaking the matrix.

Cream cheese also goes well with salted bonito entrails (“Shuto”).

ParticipantA number of my favorite rolls also involve cream cheese. Nommy indeed.
Or, for total kicks, the local place takes half a jalapeno, stuffs it with cream cheese, dips in tempura and deep fries… 😀

ParticipantHey you can put whatever you want on that other piece of bread, just as long as you vote for it…

ParticipantFor what its worth, this guy makes great photos with scanners:
http://www.smithsonianmag.com/arts-culture/creamer.html
I tried it, and have actually entered a few photos in farktography taken with my scanner over the years. I gave up, because I do not have a very good scanner. I am getting a new one through work in a couple weeks, so I thought I would give it a try again.
Here is a sample of scanner photography.

KeymasterCongrats to orionid this week!
Also, it sounds like the consensus is that scanner photography would not be something for regular Farktography contests but that there’s interest for contest(s) that include it as an option.Thank you to everyone who weighed in on this!

ParticipantMy broken link got 2 votes. It was the one with the playground tunnel.
Oh, And scanner photography would be a cool theme.
