Well, at least one of my entries is going to be a closeup of nattō (fermented soybeans, with a very sticky and stringy mucus-like substance between the beans)

It is a bit hard to hold food in one hand with chopsticks and use my SLR in the other hand…

you don’t eat that stuff, do you? it is one of the few japanese foods I haven’t been able to tolerate.

Uh, I don’t understand all the hate on natto, I thought it was pretty good.

I am going to have some with breakfast in about 5 min, when my rice is done cooking.

Oh come on!
The smell is so strong and so bad they regularly use it in wake up pranks.

I wish youtube had one of the videos where it startles the person awake and they reflexively recoil in disgust and terror.

That Boulder Beer bottle cap makes me really want a Planet Porter right now.
Too bad that would be $7/bottle here at a liquor store, not $7 for a 6-pack in Boulder, Colorado.

I think they’re fine. either way on the rules works for me.
