That just means that when the whole shithouse goes up in flames, what’s mine stays mine, and what’s yours becomes mine.
…until the ammo runs out, then it becomes mine 😉

Ammo running out? Pfft. Obviously YOU haven’t planned for the inevitable zombie apocalypse.

The PS’ers had similar results.

March 8, 2012 at 3:18 pm #45678ennuipoetParticipantThe funny thing is (funny “peculiar” not funny “ha ha”) is the double button solution is EXACTLY what some people asked for back in the day. There were protracted discussions (and I mean DAYS long) where Photoshoppers bickered over a quick and dirty Huffer Shop (this was in the days before Lootie vomited onto the landscape) beat out a work of art. A couple of Photoshoppers even lobbied Drew personally at Fark Parties for the change. The second the change happened EVERYONE hated it.
I wonder if Drew just quietly thumped his head against the wall for a while?
In the end, voting isn’t about the work you put into it, just what seems to be tickling the Farker’s fancy in that particular thread. There is a lesson in this somewhere, but I am basically to lazy to suss it out.

Random reward patterns (since the voting baffles us all) are the most addictive. Add to that the high need for achievement and love of ambiguity in the cultural creative subculture (this forum, since we create disproportionately more per capita than fark.com itself), and of course it’s rejected.
We want more confirmation of the value of our achievements, and but will bristle at many attempts to classify it.Ever try to review a friend’s poetry?
I loved it, but I liked Suzy’s more = 90% chance of happy friend
I like the ____ aspect the most from yours, but Suzy’s was so ____ = 85% chance of happy friend
In the 3rd line, where you wrote____, is that about ____? because I thought it was ____, which really compliments ____ from the close. Not like how Suzy _____. Suzy’s structure just _____. To me, you poem is like ____’s work, which is so ____. Suzy’s is more like ____, so that’s why I prefer it. = 40% chance of happy friendThat’s why I say trophies. Mofos can’t nitpick trophies.

The lesson is listen to the majority and ignore the outliers and complainers realizing that you cannot please everyone and ultimately they will get over it. This is my philosophy on the stupid little message board I co-own.
