Very off topic, but I was surprised to see a Big Red machine in Death Proof the other night. I didn’t know that stuff was still around.

I’ve found an interesting conundrum for Drew and his lawyers. Let’s say that I host an image on putfile.com, which, last I checked, has a similar copyright grab policy, then post the image onto Fark. Who owns the copyright then? 😆

/no rightsgrabbing issues on the Farktography forum, right? 😉

I’m too lazy to go read, but does image shack have a similar policy as putfile?

Thanks for the replies. It looks like people are upset in Farkistan tonight. I’m sure it’ll all work out.

Farker Talon posted something about the fark copyright rules, but the post was deleted. Is that new policy? I only ask because he’s been around since 2002. By the way, I’m just a hack, and not really worried about somebody using anything I throw on the wall. I’m just wondering why he would be bent out of shape now.
