I was sitting in a field this afternoon trying unsuccessfully to take pics of bird, bees & butterflies. That not working out (thanks to a rambunctious dog)I decided to make a half ass pinhole camera out of a sheet of paper and a sharpie.

I came up with some interesting shots.

I am wondering if they are “tricky” enough for this theme though.

Example: unedited except for a small crop.

That is an entry that I am not going to use in this contest; I think I have better.

I am kind of surprised that I am only thinking about entering 2 pictures shot with that lens.

I don’t even know where to start on this one. I already used the only picture I have taken that looked photo shopped.It was the helicopter shot I used in curves. Unless light trails from a 15 second exposure might work.like this

If I can make a better word or something.

It was my suggestion, and even I got nuthin.

I would suggest looking at a PS contest for inspiration.

As for the pictures that have been posted, they look tricky enough for me.

Explanatory captions may be helpful for the more subtle tricks.

I have looked everywhere for inspiration, I have looked at depth perception illusions, played with different types of light and light bending, and all I have found in the real world is an old guy sitting behind a sign that happened to read “prize winning goat” and I’m not sure that qualifies. 😕 I guess i still have a day to try to pull it off.

Too bad I didnt get invited to the whole “president visits Eielson AFB thing” My neice and sister in law got picsof themselves with the president…

“Mr.President, for this shot, could I ask you to stick your index finger up your nose? Maybe give it a little twist?”

Probably why I wasn’t invited. 😛

Glad to hear so many of you are having difficulty with this one. I thought it was just my uncreative mind.
