I don’t know where to find the fully domesticated variety myself, aspidites; I think they may have stopped manufacturing that model in the ’50s. But since those two weren’t flinging poo at each other or at SilverStag, I’m guessing they’re likely more on that end of the scale than the other.
October 5, 2011 at 10:02 pm #40725aspiditesParticipantWell I’m pulling out my hair now. Got it down to 7 choices.
I guess these will be the B’s for this one.

You didn’t spend the night with them.

Holy crap, if those are your B’s, I can’t wait to see your A’s! Such awesome images!
And you guys are cracking me up with the ‘domesticated’ discussion. 😆

I probably picked the wrong ones, but I’m tired of second guessing.
I have to agree with SS on this one, I have never met one of the ‘domesticated’ versions that CISS keeps talking about.

haha, well I’m certainly not one of them either! I need a housewife and I’m a straight, single female! 😆
I’m having a hard time choosing also, still working on whittling it down from about 20!
October 5, 2011 at 11:15 pm #40730ravnosticParticipantFor better or worse, I’ve got my 3; b’s are in my google + profile. I’m really looking forward to this–I’m sure there’s going to be some really powerful images from everyone.
I decided against the squirrel monkey shots; I don’t have a one that doesn’t show some part of their collars, used by the vets to identify them if any health issues are reported. But damn, they were cute. If anyone happens to be in Phoenix, head to the zoo–you get to walk among them, and they are really really fun to watch.

//remarkably similar shots–right down to the something-or-anothers under the chins and focal point on the eyes. But I love the textural elements of yours, U-Man.
October 6, 2011 at 12:19 am #40734linguineParticipantCISS, do I have to do anything for switching the obo posts for Ennuipoet’s entries in bibliostats or do you do that?

Thanks. That’s pretty funny. Not in a ha-ha way, but in a huh-look-at-that way. 🙂 Pretty crazy that the stick or leaf or whatever is covering the necks.
You and I are right next to each other with our first posts, too.Really frequently, Mopsy and I have at least one side-by-side.
October 6, 2011 at 12:34 am #40736YoyoParticipantArgh. I thought these contests were supposed to go green at midnight zulu.
Rest in peace Mr. Jobs. You did a heck of a lot for computer graphics. Thanks for that.
October 6, 2011 at 12:34 am #40737UranusParticipantwhy did my #W$%#$%^!!&# connection need to bomb out at.exactly.2.freaking.A.freaking.M.?
