Kes, the story was from a flickr commenter. Denial is a powerful force 🙂

My first thought for this theme was “hmmm, whole lotta bridges”. I must say I’m glad that didn’t happen. The subjects are really varied, and the quality is tremendous. It seems like every week the photos get better and better. Good job everybody.

/gotta shout-out to U-Man, that draining water picture is just chock full of refractive goodness!

Nice B aspidites! I had an easy enough time choosing the first two, but got stuck choosing a third. Here are a few contenders:

And in regards to the other part of your comment, I am frequently pleased with the creativity expressed during themes that could be interpreted in a narrow manner.

I’m really bummed I had to archive dive again. I had several shots in mind for this one specifically but no time recently to get them. I’ve GOT to start planning ahead better for these things…
