Its a “water play” area, the kids can put move the colored plastic tiles around and re-direct the water in different ways.
The second is a rainbow window, and the third is lookup Up the spiral staircase to the observation tower.

I know my ship wasn’t the best…. I stood in one place and fired off the camera as it went by. Then used autostitch.
My keyboard turned out much better technically I think…

I have several pictures from the 4th of July, spectacular fireworks images… That have a streetlight in the way. I cloned it out of some… better pics now I think but not fark legal
