Participant+1 has it been 2 years already?
///oh hai! I guess so….
ParticipantAh…got too busy quilt-making and didn’t take the time to go shooting for this…have to sit this one out. On the other hand, got a lot of the quilt done…
ParticipantWould stuff like fire trucks be considered ‘non-stock’?
ParticipantSomething tells me, knowing the ‘average’ farker, that we’re all going to lose to the pink bikini, for no other reason than the pink camel toe.
ParticipantDamn! Thanks for posting the others, NBD. I got no way to edit it down from work here (I don’t think; I’ll try). Nah…I’ll just get it when I get home.
Elisinore you’re correct; it had been a while since I’d heard that…
ParticipantI gotta return to work tonight after a weeklong shutdown of the fab, and I’m gonna be busy. Is it possible someone can obo me?

ParticipantI’m going to have at least several hours with him, fluffy. It’s a 40 mile tract of shooting, maybe 20 or 25 locations along the way. Other’s will be along for the ride, I’m sure, but I’ll be in the car with him at all points in between. Shame that Neon 2 is 2 weeks before I’ll be shooting with him, though, but I’m fairly certain I’ll capture some shots while I’m out staging for our venture before then, so I’ll hope to get some nice things for that contest.
He’s here the whole weekend, and I’ve opted to let others pipe up to lead other photo ventures with other subjects/venues, but I’ll be welcomed to go along for many of them in the background, as it were. I’ve been a little down on my photos (again!) lately; this has perked my interest right back up again. Sadly, it’s just before I return back for 4 long days of work…
ParticipantCISS I can haz a werking bibleostats?
pweez?
Participant//somewhere in this thread I’ve already said this…
I’ve used GoDaddy for (now) 7 years (give or take one). Deluxe hosting, 150 Gigs, damn the file size, damn the dimensions, damn the extensions, damn anything. Unlimited upload/download/sideload/backload/foreload/anyload. Have had troubles twice, in the past 5+years. I can forgive. And OMG! I’m up to 4 Gb now, I”m 2.5% full!!
//I’m still hosting 5 sites, granted I’m not doing anything with them. But I could. And 99.95% of the time, I’m not having troubles linking/posting/resizing/phuqing around with.
Excepting for ZoneAlarmPro at $30 a year, it’s the best $30/year I spend. (I buy in bulk, when things are on sale…)
ParticipantGod, I’m late to my own theme! I gotta get to work…
ParticipantCongrats, Elsinore! (Also swampa and CISS). I really tanked this week, and I’m not surprised; everyone else brought their A+ game!!
ParticipantI bought the Canon 50mm f/1.4. Arrived Christmas Eve; I was out of town. Apt. office closed on the 25th, picked up on the 26th. Won’t get to play with it till next week, due to work. :o(
ParticipantThis will be interesting. See, one of the pics I want to use was this funky old guy I snapped at while waiting at a red light; he was crossing the street. He had the most bizarre outfit. Which brings me to the quandry–he’s dressed in full-on pink (tacky pink, at that). So…do I use it here, or during the next weeks, thee, “Pink” Delemna, delemna…
ParticipantAnd I’d like to register a gripe that all of you all have been finding time to keep up with the shooting of the photos while I’ve been grinding around the clock.
No comment.
//wait. what’s this week’s theme?
ParticipantI’d say either is fine, fluffybunny
