Couldnt a panormic be stitched Vertically AND horizontally? I would think panoramic is anything that is wider than the normal field of view attainable by a camera.. Especially if stitched.

Yeah, I can see that. I have a Rebel XT. I have taken some GREAT shots with it, but it really suffers noise at ISO 1600.

Given the skill some people have with photoshop, we are going to have to hope most everyone is willing to follow the spirit of the law where the letter is vague. Though I think you’re right… Some people are going to push it as far as they think they can. Others may think they are OK and get slapped down. But I think the second instance will be rare and they can always make the case of why they think they are right.

OK, I have to come up with something totally unique for this.
I think there will be a few dozen shots of waterfalls, silky water, and traffic at night.

well… Better late than never. I was gonna post these last night but got distracted.

Those are my best 2 from the trip to the chattanooga zoo. And I feel sorry for those cats.

Well we went by the Zoo today (visiting in chattanooga) And I for the most part the cats were a wash out. It was almsot 100 degrees so they were all trying to find cool places to nap. The Cougar was stretched out next to the glass, but some kids (encouraged by mom) were screaming and p ounding and jumping to “wake it up” so they could see it move around. I was so ticked off. I lost a perfect shot because of his head in front of me at the last second.
Anyway I have a few I will submit, something is better than nothing I think.

Hmm not sure of the fee, but I would make sure they know 1) to Credit YOU for the photos in any documentation or publishing, and 2) where they are allowed or not allowed to re-use them.
