Participantif you put the pic on Flickr, the EXIF data will show up in the ‘more properties’ item on the photo page. Otherwise, google for ‘opanda iExif’, which is a good EXIF viewing proggie.

ParticipantI’d like the site to be completely camera-agnostic….about nothing but the images…

ParticipantEl Failo:

I was trying to get a distortion of the motion by drawing a slit across the lens as the garage door moved. Unfortunately, I can’t move my hands smoothly enough to make it work. Any suggestions?

ParticipantLooks like we’re off to a good start…. I saw that the Tampon card was played early 🙂

ParticipantSilverStag: You said you left things vague. What about something that touches on the title but maybe isn’t literally following the description to the letter?
Well, if it shows flow or flowing motion, that would be in line with what I had in mind. What are you thinking? Example?

ParticipantYou can purchase a collapsible rubber hood that will screw into the filter rings- they are fairly inexpensive. The reason you want one is that it will conform to the glass and block out stray light and reflections.Look here:http://www.camerafilters.com/pages/lenshoods.aspx

ParticipantIt is really difficult, unless you have something like one of the miraculous high-ISO cameras like the Nikon D3 or D700. I just saw some amazing available-light jellyfish images over on dpreview.com in the Nikon forums that were shot with a D3. When I hit the lottery…. *sigh*

ParticipantMy lolcats are doing much better than my farktography entries…. heeheehee
Mine too. I’m sure I read somewhere* that the votes we got in that comp would count too 😛
* It turns out somewhere is on a piece of paper beside me.
Well, the lolcats are showing up in the FSM, although there’s a bit of a headline problem at the moment. I’m sure schnee is on it, though 🙂
