It needs a little nudging to keep OBO posts correct. Just search the Farktography.net forum (you’re reading it now) for “OBO” and you’ll see how to make sure you get your votes correctly counted.

I was going to be good and PM you with the timestamp of the photo when it is added, but is there a better way to give you the details so you don’t have to spend as much time messing around fixing it up? (not that I wouldn’t be happy with extra votes :P)

Thanks to everyone for their thoughts.

I like taking concert and sports photos (usually in the crowd so a tripod isn’t an option). The shake only becomes an issue at about 1/50s (the blurred photos outweight the in focus photos at this speed – unless using the 300mm lens which the speed needs to be at least twice that)

I found that the Rebel fits perfectly in my hand thanks to my little finger being able to curl under the camera without any discomfort.

I basically base my voting on whether I think it looks “cool”* (very technical I know :P) and whether it is somewhat related to the topic at hand.

* Cool things can be images that look great or little things like the buildings warping slightly in Staplermofo’s entry this week (I’m not saying his images don’t look good! Just made it more good :P)
