Yeah Only two places I don’t ever want to stay again. The hospital and jail. You are not allowed to have any real fun and the food almost always sucks.

yeah when I lived in northern California watching the stars were like watching christmas lights in the sky most of the time. Here they seem to just stay one color for the most part.

I have been nothing but pleased with this lens since I got it and it is the budget version too. It seems like when I lived on the coast I got more CA. Would really low humidity help much? Because the humidity never seems to get much over 25% and lately it’s been as low as 6%. On the coast it seemed to hover at 80% or more.

It’s a canon ef-s 55-250 1:4-5.6 on my canon rebel xs. Hand held and sharpened just a touch in Canons Digital Photo Professional and cropped a bit in Gimp.

Awesome! Now I wanna try that. Just gotta figure out how to get one of those trigger sets for my b-day or christmas. I plan on getting a set of macro extension tubes for myself for my birthday so that’s gonna have to wait a month or so I guess.

If you’re electronically-inclined, you can build one.

Not that skilled for sure. I would try that but my soldering skills are seriously non existent. I once made a shutter switch from a wired head set for a cell phone but have had to “repair ” it a half dozen times and it’s only 2 wires soldered to a momentary switch and a toggle switch.
