I woke up fairly early today and got a few cool pictures of the fields behind my place with the trees in the distance half hidden in the fog so I had to ask. If not I already had three picked out.

I was kinda wondering about fog. Would that be water enough?

Your friends and relatives should grow a pair. In my opinion. That book looks like it kicks ass!

I happen to agree. I believe that it is important for people to learn (perhaps painfully if necessary) that the world is not a safe place, and there’s only one person you can really trust for your own safety…

Exactly my point. If we Nerf the world how will we keep the population in check. The best way to learn is from our mistakes if they don’t outright kill us.

You need all three pages of the form other than the bio part right? because I am having a real hard time with the biography thing. I just suck at writing and I am even worse at describing myself. Its taken me ten minutes just to write this.

I agree with using Dancin_in_Anson’s happy dog on the cover. It just has that “farktography kind of vibe”. Kestranas reasons are all good reasons I think.

Yeah count me among the awestruck people. I am in the process of planning a move to Nevada in the next couple of months and cannot wait to see storms like the storms in your pictures. Here on the coast of northern California I never see anything like that.

I wouldn’t mind reading other peoples writeups but I have a hard time just making myself not look like a moron when I write even this sentence. I have never been good with words, written or even spoken. And i think half the time I am not even sure I know what I want out of my camera if there isn’t a theme in mind from the start. Probably why I have never actually won one of these contests. A lot of the time I just see something and feel this urge to capture what I saw. I have not had good luck with planned shots. My best ever finish (the light painting for all night long) in a farktography contest looks planned but I had no idea what I was gonna do until I started running around in front of the camera.

I also agree 100% with olavf. I am having a hard time finding pictures that fit the theme but only because I have not been out this week much and am looking through the archives . and thats a lot of pictures to look through.

This seems like a stupid question but my signature goes on the line at the top of the page right? I have never had to sign a contract like this before and just want to get it right the first time.
