Participantthe difficulty as a means of just keeping people from photographing abstract stained glass.
yeah, that was my point.
/I really don’t like Mondrianolavf
ParticipantU-Man Love the first one. Do you a) sell prints, or b) mind if I get it printed and matted?
olavf, as long as you root for Quality Road (and he doesn’t get cut on the entry gate). My buddy birthed him and still works at the farm where he was raised/trained.
We sometimes go and watch the local trotters, though we haven’t been in a while. My friends daughter used to run a horse there.

Poor guy knicked himself bad with his shoe and they decided to retire him before he ended up lame. Bittersweet, because you could see how much the horse loved racing in his eyes.

Participantthough I did say ‘aka Mondrian’ and it definitely wasn’t that.

ParticipantUmmm You know what I just realized? The difficulty this week said specifically “No stained glass”. corsec67‘s image was of stained glass in the chapel ceiling…
d’oh! even I missed that :/
Oh well. It was a pretty cool shot.

ParticipantA well-deserved one too!

ParticipantI don’t know if that’s necessary. I’m being my usual paranoid self, at least :/

Participantback to the horse-races for me I guess.

ParticipantTrue, but does that even mean it’s the same this time? I dunno.
/there’s no difficulty in the description ;Dolavf
Participantgood point, Kestrana. I’d assumed the latter (hopefully) :/

ParticipantTrippy U-Man!
/where’s that day-late-and-a-dollar contest when you need it 😉olavf
ParticipantReflections 2 for this one, and HDR in April would work for me. It’d give me some time to figure this stuff out too
/I did something different for the last HDR-permissive contestolavf
Participantsaaay no more!

Participantcorsec67, I hope I’m not picking nits, but one of my favorite shots (as in, I have it hanging on the wall) is of a woman holding a glass of wine in a winery parking lot. Difficulty is, that someone I know is technically in the picture (ie his shoulder) but not enough of him that he’d even recognize himself. cool? not cool?
Here’s the picture in question:

Participantlol. I kinda got the flashlight, but the camera struck me as funny. 😀
/like, I know one should have their camera with them at all times, just in case, but…
olavf
Participantsleeping why do you have a mini-flashlight and any kind of camera in bed at all?
