ParticipantAlso, from galleywench in the stitching theme:

Q: Is there a Linux/Mac version?
A:There is no Linux/Mac version of Autostitch as yet, though we hope to release versions for these platforms in the future. Autostitch runs under WINE.

ParticipantQuick google search: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=photo+panorama+linux&btnG=Google+Search
Haven’t actually used any of these so YMMV, but these looks like some promising candidates:

ParticipantIt’s fixed. You do have the rights — on the second menu on the left, click the link marked ‘Static HTML Pages’, and edit page ID 1, title ‘How-to participate’. Elsinore had asked how to do a preformatted field, and without thinking I told her to use the
tag. Well.. postnuke/openstar is configured to block that tag by default. So, it ignored the
tag, kept going with the
tag, and so you saw the broken link. Fix was to change the
to use the </gt; notation. Edit, save, done 🙂

Participantbut if not, this will be my first contest without 3 entries since I started participating weekly.
it gets easier. i had nothing last week nor this. used to plow the archives if a special shot hadn’t been taken but the net result was posting stuff just to post stuff. not really a good idea.
which is not to say your stuff isn’t good but this is supposed to be fun. relax. enjoy what you post.
Thanks man. I was just feeling weird because it’s the first time I couldn’t come up with something creative and fun (or at least crude) to post and I felt like I was reaching all week. Meh. In the end I kinda feel bad for even posting the cynical piece of shit that I did post; I mean, the rest of the thread pretty much proved me wrong.
/Everyone feels weird their first time right?… 🙄
and before you know it, one week stretches into two, and then its a month. It happens 🙂

ParticipantI, for one, have absolutely nothing for this week.
Given the onslaught of posts so far… you’re in good company.

ParticipantFor the times of the eclipse, yes, for the times the moon will rise in your area, kinda? The moon may be rising at 5:50pmEST in New York, but not until 6:30EST in say, Kentucky. It all depends on where in the time zone you are. It will be within an hour, though. I pulled the time for LA for millera9, and the moon will be rising at 5:50pmPST there, which means they’ll just catch the tail end of it. Check weather.com or something for the moonrise time in your area?

ParticipantIt’s going on right now, if you’re on the east coast.
