I realized as I was .pdfing it that I don’t have anywhere to host the file anymore and orionid is out for the evening. I’ll see if he can host the file for me tomorrow for proofreaders. I know there’s some issues with photos not aligning all the way to the margin, so you can note that but I’m aware of it. It just takes a really long time to export to .pdf so I didn’t go back and correct it right now because I know I’ll have other corrects to make.

Also aware index has no numbers because that will only be done when everything else is done.

Also, I’m going to try to get a draft done by 4 pm today, removing all the photos from people with no permission slips and entering in the rest of the bios I have. I really need another set or few of eyes on this. The main thing is to catch any spelling/grammar errors and to compare everyone’s name preferences on their photos with what they requested in an accompanying excel spreadsheet document. It sounds like a lot of work but remember, there is very little text in the book. So if anyone is willing to proofread, I will add a dedication page with your name as one of the dedicatees (along with “All Farktographers, past, present and future”).

Speaking of bios, to those of you who wanted to put in a bio and didn’t get it to me yet (Elsinore, NoBigDeal, U-Man) I need those tomorrow by 5 pm EST or they won’t go in now. They may be able to go in later but no promises. Make it short and sweet.

Egad – I just checked my photo on the monitor at work and I’m so disppointed. At home there was plenty of detail visible…even the leaves on the trees along the fence, etc. Here it just looks like a blob of black with a couple of dots of light and a splash of green. Is that the general effect for everyone else?

It’s a little darker than you describe, on my monitor, but I think the photo perfectly captured what you said you were going for.

Okie-dokie. The two I did certainly have a dark mood. But they are bit more on the creepy side than the examples I’ve seen here.

What did you do to the doll’s and your daughter’s skin to get them so smooth? They almost look painted?
