ParticipantYeah, Leica; if I did some temp corrections they’d have been fine for it. For these I went with ‘mud’ tones. The two mud flat ones are actually the same temp, but the overcast skies today varied in intensity, and I I did a bit more saturation on the one without the cone.
ParticipantNo poop? Darn. Caught a caterpillar taking a dump. It’s a nice shot, as such things go. Oh well, the dam breaking at Tempe Town Lake provided some shots with which I can work, and I’ll think up some other things.

ParticipantWell, ravnostic, after all that clarification of your theme, you must be happy with the results. I’m surprised by all the creative picturing of family games. It’s a great thread to look through!
I’ve been working since shortly after posting; only saw one that had to be deleted (the mothra one). Hopefully there haven’t been (m)any more.
It’s a good thread; lots of creativity in the pics! 😀 Hopefully we’ll see lots more tomorrow.
I particularly like Kestrana’s Bloody Mary. Mopsy’s are very good this week (I think the jigsaw puzzle is fine; has rules (pieces must fit), objective (finish it), and it’s a nice picture to boot.)

ParticipantGiven that they were going to start replacing the ‘balloons’ TODAY (and at great costs), and yet last night at 10pm it bursts, so now the INSURANCE company will have to cover most of the costs…I wouldn’t be too quick to eliminate the conspiracy theories.

Actually, it was pretty cool having a lake nearby, even if you couldn’t swim in it. Shoulda known that a rubber dam wouldn’t last in the Arizona sun. On the bright side, I now have something to shoot for “That’s just filthy” (I mean, besides the caterpillar taking a poop, that is).

ParticipantDon’t feel too badly. My last job was at a locksmith company. We’d go get people into their cars when they locked themselves out, using pretty simple tools. Almost always, someone would say, ‘I should get me one of them tools so this doesn’t happen again.’ We’d just ask ‘Where you gonna keep it?’
