If you’re just looking for 2 out of those 4, I like Pitbabes II because it’s a more direct shot and she’s smiling; however, it’s more evident that they are pit babes from the first one. So, I’m probably not a lot of help with that one.

I think both of the City Race shots are great, but since asked to choose, I like the second one best.

I’ve spent the past few weekend out shooting the local “semi-pro” baseball team. I have a few that I like but I can’t decide on, an outside opinion would be greatly appreciated.

I think the first three are great action shots, but I agree with Yugoboy about the third – you need to “de-blue” it.

Yes indeed, he did survive. Wasn’t even seriously hurt and was in for the next play. That’s the problem with 7-8th grade football – you’ve got a wiiiide range of physical maturity amongst the boys leading to a lot of size mismatches (like the one in 1225 – that’s my son on the right; the other kid looks to me like he’s thinking, “Are you serious?”). And thanks much for the kudos, rav, you’re very kind.

The last one Walter Iooss Jr. would be proud of. It should be in the front part of SI in the “Leading Off” gallery.

My biggest problem on this one is going to be taking the time to find the 3 I want to use. I’ve got over 4000 shots of youth football, not to mention earlier t-ball stuff, family sports, and similar.

I’ll see what I can do, rav. Right now, because it’s all just a spreadsheet, there’d be a lot of manual work required for each contest. But when I get more of the core functionality of the site up, I could look at automating this and publishing it on some recurring basis.
