CauseISaidSo your idea sounds cool but my cheap ass(as in free) scanner has a depth of focus about maybe a 1/8 of an inch. Great idea for those with higher quality scanners though I bet. With mine any thing much thicker than a coin is blurry above the glass.

Yeah clouddancer I had to learn to take off my sunglasses if I put camera to my eye even without the polarizing filter. I am never sure I got the exposure right if I don’t.

I have mostly just been a digital guy since I started photography. I have a pair of super cheap 35mm cameras that I have not even shot a roll of film through each. One came in a supposedly water proof housing that failed the first time I tried to use it in a swimming pool. and the other camera got dropped and the case has some electric tape holding it together so I am not sure it doesn’t have major light leaking issues. I need to drag it out and finish the roll and get it developed and find out.

I agree with orionid. “whomever has the greatest amount of creative control over the process.” makes the most sense here. I think I voted for yes a while back because there was not an option to say what he did.

I would go make some alts quickly to give you some more entries but I think theres people that will recognize my kitty from the number Ive used him for entries already.

Yeah my cat is pretty much the only cat in my archives worth posting also and Pain is certainly recognizable from all the times I have posted his furry face on Fark between the caturday threads and farktography.

All my kittehs are of the porcelain variety as I have no access to living cats 🙁

I had to archive dive this week. The only cat I have seen when I had a camera since I moved here was being rather nervous and I got nothing very good from the four or five shots I got before it ran away. I miss my cat but the people I moved in with here have a very hyper black lab mix and Pain never met a dog he liked. It would have been nothing but drama so I let him be a farm cat at my mom n dads in California.
