i tried one the other day and it sucked with a capital suck. i was trying to do an interior of an abandoned house, though – everything was pretty durned close to me.

my dog does NOT like getting his picture taken – he’s had enough of that weird black thing being shoved in his face. 😛 it’s become quite a challenge to actually get him to look at the camera.

re: sarcastic/funny photos winning farktog contests….it happens all the time. 2nd place in ‘our bodies ourselves’ was a blurry picture of some guy’s thumb sticking out of his fly. the winner for valentine’s day was a shot of Foobies with a bottle of lotion and a kleenex (still think that’s hilarious btw miller) etc etc. it’s not always the best-executed photo that wins, but the one that strikes the right chord with the most people.

/not putting your pic down, miller, just using it as an example of cynicism winning a contest.

i think you’re right E – i actually had a great idea for sloth or possibly gluttony but ran out of time. i might try to get something shot today, but we’ll see.
