LOL sorry, man. Boobs…it’s boobs. Boobs above a slender waist. Unless you’re ravnostic. But for you, they’re definitely big ol’ boobies.

And true to Farktography form, the Sexual Staircase shot wasn’t even my favorite of the three; my Mirrored Lake one was the one I really liked, and it’s got like 3 votes 😆

    /boobs

Phew…thanks for showing me your boobs…uh… wait, thanks for showing your boob photo….err….thanks for pointing out the boobs in your photo….

    Umm…yea nevermind.

The thing is, I simultaneously see it as boobies or testicles….where the guy’s plowed into the staircase. For me, it’s what we call a multi-stable image, like the faces/vases drawing. Wonder what that says about *my* psyche? 😆

Aww…see now that you pointed it out I lost your boobs and only see balls. Thanks a lot!

/What does that say about my psyche?

Surgery scheduled for 9:30am tomorrow. I’ve been prescribed some heavy duty pain killers, so perhaps I’ll have to start a “Ask the stoned guy” thread in Total Fark Discussion. It’s an old tradition of mine in the BikeForum’s off topic Foo forum, but that part of the forum has kind of died over the last year or so.

    Ouch! Speedy recovery my friend!

Some of these are like Rorschach ink blots….sex and monsters everywhere!

I saw boobies before I even read the caption on your stair shot. 😯

The D800 is just too much camera for me. Not that it’s intimidating but 36. mp? I really don’t need to be working with files that large for what I do. The D600 in my opinion is superior to the D700 in most areas. Just as the D7000 was a better camera than the D300. It may not be as rugged as the D700/800, but who beats their gear up that much? If I needed an indestructible camera I’d have a D4. As for Nikon killing the DX, I’d be worried about that when they offer a FX camera for under $1000. I’m just happy to finally see them in the $2000 range.

I’m still looking at about 6 months before I can even start to think about any camera upgrades so who knows what will be on the market then!

I like the $3 off that amazon is offering, without that it just wouldnt be worth it.

Buy a beer to celebrate your new camera!

Had nothing and really haven’t been feeling the photography thing lately. I was drooling over the new D600 today, but finances wouldn’t let me pull the trigger. Soon though!

Meh, you can have mine. It was only good as a tripod weight and didn’t perform very well for that either… 😛

Sure…You have my mailing address or should I PM you? 😆

I don’t understand what you mean by she wanted DOF shots. Did she want the ugly backgrounds and spectators in focus too? If so…eww. That would have looked bad. Personally I think your “client” is clueless as to what a good photograph is. Next time you may want to try cranking the ISO up to 1600 so you can use faster shutter and smaller aperture. If these shots are for web use you can resize them to 25% apply a bit of NR and sharpening and still have great shots. I almost always shoot events at 1600 or 3200. Also, get a flash and keep you camera set to second curtain. It’s unnoticeable at normal shutter speeds and really helps kick up your slower speed shots. I can’t imagine owning a camera and not having a speedlight. Pop up flashes only do one thing good. Ruin photos.
