but like linguine said, it’s fair to add small borders around your images even if the image itself doesn’t come that way.

i added one to mine and it really made a difference.

I agree it does make a big difference. All three of mine have borders.

hmm so we have to crop the image to make it square rather than rectangular? I’d think cropping over changing image size to keep things in the proper proportions?

you can also make a free account at tinypic.com and store pictures and do some minimal editing like resizing etc.

I haven’t had the thought of repeating the series with other/multiple models, but I have thought about a different series making slides out of some of my other photos and projecting those onto a model. Basically, the thoughts in my head are using existing photos to project texture onto various abstract curves of the female form.

How come my HDR images don’t look anything like the samples I’ve run across doing a GIS?

Hopefully by the time we do HDR-4 I’ll have a clue as to what I’m doing.

Mine don’t much either. I don’t know if it’s my subjects or that I suck when it comes to the whole curves thing, etc…

fyi, if anyone has CS2 there’s a merge to HDR image function. I don’t know about other versions of PS. It’s under file>automate>hdr image merge

meh. ok I have some. I dont know that they’re real good examples of hdr tho…this is my first time even attempting it so..*shrug* at least I tried? 😛
