Just an informal poll, how many are planning on doing Lego shots before I get too settled into one of the ones I have? I don’t want there to be too many…

Haven’t selected my 3 yet, but a Lego shot might show up in there.

Okay, I’ve read through this thread and, given, I might have missed it, but – are we allowed to post things where the *subject* isn’t alive, but it’s clear there are alive things around it? Like, say, a ball in the grass, where the ball is clearly what’s focused on, but you can clearly see people and grass around it?

I think a shadow would be fine – just try to keep the subject the open pathway, not your shadow.

I think my grudge comes less from paranoia and more from the fact that in San Diego, the cops seem to love harassing people for no reason. In my hometown, it was never an issue – hell, even in LA I never have a problem. SD cops have too much time on their hands and love to bother people, just looking for something to get their hands on. Something about them bothers me, and if they had the power to stop me every time I wanted to take a photo of something, I’d get pretty tired of pulling out my ID.

I actually just finished my first experience with mpix and loved it. Got 4 of my shots printed in 10×13 metallic paper and loved how they turned out. They’re matted and up on my wall now…well, not anymore with the moving. I need to find a way to get them with me to the UK since they don’t fit in my luggage 🙁 But yeah, love the quality of mpix in comparison with shutterfly (given, those are the only two i’ve had experience with so far).

I’ll gladly take your shitsburgh trash. I’m no fan of the Steelers, but Roethlesberger (sp?…who cares?) sure did get me a ton of points last year as a backup.

Manchester, UK – flying out in about a month and I still haven’t bought my ticket or packed, haha.

Take it from somebody who has their plane tickets and is currently packing-start now. It might be a hateful process, but it always takes longer than you think it will. 5 days, 19 hours, 28 minutes, 34 seconds left on the continent. Not that I’m counting or anything.

Holy hell that’s soon, haha. I’ve done a dry-run on my stuff I’m packing, so I know everything fits, but now it’s an issue of getting rid of the things I’m *not* bringing or storing. I’m just jealous you’re going to get such a temperate climate and beautiful scenery when I’m stuck with…well, neither 😆
