I wanted to go get sunset pictures from a small nearby mountain vista since it was clear but sunset was at 4:30 so I hurried there and back. I come home to find my normal host where my prepared photos were stored is broken. So I upload to my personal webspace instead. Immediately after posting I check my normal host and it’s working fine. ><

I’m the Retail Support Supervisor for the local JCPenney. I do all that stuff that you don’t see done when you’re shopping. Yesterday I worked 3a – 1:30p. However, I am by nature a night person, so usually I take a nap when I get home and then stay up kind of late.

My job has absolutely nothing to do with my degree or really anything I did prior to working in retail but it’s better than a kick in the face. It has had a big effect on me in that I used to be a t shirt and jeans sort of girl and now I’m like “OMG new SHOES!!1!” sometimes. But only sometimes.

You’re right it could have been a lot worse but I think I was most irritated because I overslept and missed the afternoon light where they’re tearing down a roller coaster at the fairgrounds and I wanted to go take pictures of it.
