ParticipantI’ve got titanium in me (the TSA will love me long time).
Sailed through TSA security after the pin was put in my shoulder from my collarbone break. Unless you’re nearing on robocop levels of metal, you shouldn’t get bothered too much.
Depends on the airport. Some are pretty decent (they’re also the ones that contract differently, like my hometown one), while others are fully clothed orgies with only a few participants willing (JFK to name one).

ParticipantOuch! Get that femur/hip fixxored soon! Those are some super-solid bones you broke… should I ask how it happened?

ParticipantPope Larry II – Am I the only person not on the ROM board who likes the Lee Chin Crystal?
I totally get that adding it to the old building the way they did was incongruous at best, but I like it. It’s weird, it’s unusual, it’s like, totally far out, dude. But it’s also distinctive and quite functional.
Of course, I only have to see it when I want to, so there’s that.

ParticipantThat sucks, too… Here’s hopin’ the Jeep gets fixxored for reals soon.

ParticipantI was on the trail proper for about 8-9 hours. I was hiking for about 13 total.
Great country, and great hiking… just not when it’s raining like that.
Thanx for the kind review stapler. After re-reading this morning, there’s a couple places where I need to edit that aren’t totally clear. I may get to it tonight.

ParticipantOK… the pictures absolutely suck because i was using a Kodak EasyShare to document it, but here’s the blog post about my 3-mountain climb this past June while I was in the Adirondacks.
I don’t think I make clear that I climbed alone.http://yugoboy99.blogspot.com/p/yugoboy-climbs-seward-range-well-3-of-4.html
Lots of pictures (even if they suck), and plenty of words, too. It’s essentially a rough draft. I don’t know if I’ll ever edit it.
Enjoy!

ParticipantThat’s just awesome. It’s beautiful, and I’m jealous.
Had a T-storm here last night, but given my complete lack of vista, I didn’t bother even trying.

Participantso who knows what will get voted for one week to the next.
Not F%^&ing Me, I’ll tell you that!
I should’a known better than to go with artsy… a b-side I rejected (probably should’a gone with it) was the back door to a Chinese restaurant with the hand-painted order: “No Praking”
Hindsight is 20/20, I guess

ParticipantThat I am, thanx to Ranger Joe.
I’ll PM one of the kind offerers anyway to set up a contingency plan. We’re camping, so although I’ll have electric, WiFi is not available there, and I’m not sure when I’ll get someplace where it’ll be available.
Thanx y’all!

ParticipantInteresting ‘cuda, I’ve got 3 b/ws myself (you’ll get to see them after midnight).
FWIW – I’ll be home for the next 3 contests (the ones scheduled), btu I will be out of town for the last 3 Wednesdays of August. I could use an OBO-er once the contests are announced. I don’t care if it’s a TFer or not. If you will be able to OBO me for the 3 weeks, PM me, and I’ll shoot you the html once the contests are announced and I’ve processed and submitted.
Thanx in advance.Yugoboy
ParticipantMontezuma’s on the left. Click the links.
You know, I didn’t even notice that about the sign until you brought it up. It was a very long short day..
Montezuma still isn’t showing up for me. The link goes to http://yugoboy99.blogspot.com/ , same as welcome.
Now that information I could work with. I figured out what I screwed up. It’s fixxored.

By the way, I haven’t updated my contacts and friends page since setting it up. If your web address has changed or if you added your blog after I set it up please let me know. I like reciprocity.

ParticipantWhen do they traditionally hold the parade?
I might be interested in being that “assistant to be named later.”
I’m fairly certain that with enough warning, my wife and sister-in-law can do the shopping thing, while I join you where the action really is.
