Yes, scanned photographs (of your own photos) are allowed. I interpret this to mean that anything I took in the years before digital is eligible, but not, for example, my scanned old family photos from the 1910’s, since I didn’t take them.

So yes, if you took the original photo, and scan it, it’s legal.

I haven’t sampled it in a subject yet, because it still lacks a secure mounting. It’s extremely light, and I hope to use that fact to advantage when cobbling together some way to hold it onto the flash & camera.

I’d probably ask them to take it down on principle. Mostly because I hate hate hate people’s disregard for copyrights these days.

Although, I can laugh like NBD, I do share some of Ennuipoet‘s sentiment about the self-appointed critics.

Also, How did you set up the google alert? I’d be interested in doing the same, for the same pair of reasons as well as just curiosity.
