That’s when you cheat, lay everything on its side, and turn the camera 90 degrees. It’s either that or turn gravity, and one’s a little easier to pull off 😉

If you’re asking about a biological excretory process, I seriously doubt that would be acceptable under Fark rules.

I answered 10-15 but the real truth is that it varies. Sometimes I get it right the first time and only take 1 or 2 more for insurance. Other times (like the self-portraits contest) I just start shooting and don’t stop until an hour later when I have 100 shots; of which 3 get used. Sometimes I get lost in the possibilities and other times I have a very specific idea of what I want to shoot and how I want to shoot it. It really changes every week.

I guess that’s probably the difference between an amateur like myself and a real pro: a lot of times I don’t have a fragging clue what I’m doing!

Photograph bridges: Anything from old wooden covered bridges to concrete & steel structures.

To me, that says you need to photograph the physical structure of the bridge.

Unless its been submitted to farktography before, pulling an older picture out of your archive is just fine.

BTW, my ‘windows’ shot from this week was shot with the Tokina. The camera was located maybe 7-8′ away from the windows, the windows themselves are about 8′ wide. The shot was taken at a focal length of 12mm. I’ve uploaded the high res version to my flickr, you’re welcome to take a look.
