I am currently limited to the 18/ 55 kit lens that came with my EOS. I want the EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS from Canon but I have to save some cash($255.00 new) or ask my mom for a birthday present. She got me the camera for xmas so my chances are not too bad.

I so wish I had a zoom lens.it would make bird pictures a lot easier. but I think I have some decent pictures this week. We will see

wow my pictures seem to have done ok this week. I am only a vote or two from the most votes for me in a contest. And I passed the 1000 overall votes mark sometime this week. 😀

I think it is only copy n pasta links that are malfunctioning. which is a minor bummer but I will figure it out.

Thanks for the FF extension links justkat. The right click thing seems to have done something to the clipboard function though( I can copy if I do the control thing but it wont let me paste any thing.? oh well thats fixable. There are a lot of excellent pictures again this week.. and year for that matter.My voting finger is tired now.

Also, I was taking shots and realized that my strap wasn’t around my neck. Told Kat I’d better fix that because if he jumped at me I was likely to throw my hands up in the air and scream like a little girl

I already had a similar reaction with a tiny little jumping spider that was crawling around my couch a couple weeks ago. Every time he jumped, I jumped. I’m sure if anyone wer watching, it would have been hilarious, but…. Yeek. Spiders….

Sorry but she was just so pretty I had to. I’m pretty sure mine is one of the biggest on the screen this week. She’s not a hopper though. Just sits there and waits for dinner to come to her. She was only 3/4 of an inch from tip to tip or so. 😯 I am afraid of spiders only when they are crawling on my bare skin. 😯

me too. especially after closing the only window I had open because I was repulsed by what I saw. (think the first time you clicked on a photoshop by rugbyjock.)
